Shipping

If your order includes a mix of clothing, shoes, and accessories, the items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive on different dates.

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands*), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands*), Sweden and Spain (mainland). Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. Deliveries will be made throughout the day, with no specific time slot. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Be sure to enter the complete shipping address and verify that the information is correct to avoid any potential issues with the shipping company.

*For shipments to the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom, delivery times may be longer.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Shipping addresses must correspond to physical locations that are accessible to shipping companies. Deliveries cannot be made to pickup points, P.O. boxes, or post offices.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier company will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.

ORDERS TO CANARY ISLANDS AND UNITED KINGDOM

The customer placing an order destined for the Canary Islands or the United Kingdom will assume all fees and taxes associated with the purchase, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. The amount of taxes and customs duties must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. In these shipments will be taken as declared value for customs purposes the amount of the invoice in euros.

In order to ship orders to the Canary Islands and/or the UK, we need to prepare an invoice required by customs. This invoice must include your ID number or passport number. Once you have placed your order, please send us your ID or passport number via the following link: Contact Form 

Likewise, in case of return, the customer assumes the amount of the corresponding taxes and customs duties, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In this shipment, the declared value for customs purposes shall be taken as the invoice amount in euros. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. In addition, if no exchange is made, the customer will be charged 6 euros per returned item.

Invoices issued for the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom are exempt from VAT.
