Can I pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer?

At the moment it is only possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Bizum and Apple Pay.

 

In addition, you have the option to postpone the payment until you receive it by choosing the "SeQura Pay Later" option at no additional cost, or finance the amount with "SeQura Divide your Payment in 3". For more information click here.



When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped via Corres Express or SEUR. Once the order is shipped, delivery time is estimated between 2 and 7 days.



I have received my order, but one part is missing

 

If your order contains more than one item, it is possible that it may be shipped from different warehouses and you may receive it in several deliveries. If after 5 days from the date of the first delivery you do not receive the second one, please contact us at [email protected]..



Is it safe to use my credit card to pay online?

Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form to the payment platform, guaranteeing the security and instantaneousness of the data.

 

 

How can I return an item?

For Alma en Pena your satisfaction comes first. In the event that you change your mind after receiving your order or simply do not like it, you have a period of 30 working days from the date of receipt.

 

You may exchange it for another size or color, or exchange it for another item, as long as the product has not been used, damaged and is in perfect condition.

Is the return at the customer's expense?

In home pickups will be deducted from the total amount of the order 6 € per item returned at the time of refund. We send a carrier to your home to pick up your package so you don't have to worry about transportation.

 

If you make a subsequent purchase, i.e. an exchange of one item for another, the return is then free of charge on home collection.

 

Returns are free of charge at our physical store at 34 Ayala Street in Madrid.

 

For orders from the Canary Islands and the UK, the return transport will be paid in full by the customer. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the full amount of the item will be refunded without additional costs.



How can I recover my password?

Can I request an invoice?

How does the SeQura Pay Later payment work?

Place your order and pay 7 days later at no additional cost.

 

It is possible that for security reasons your credit card information will be requested. Not to charge you on the spot, but to automatically charge you 7 days after shipment, when you have had time to check it.

How does payment work with SeQura's Divide Your Payment into 3?

Divide the payment of your order in 3 times, without interest, only with a single additional cost of 2.95€ for orders of 100€ or less and 2.95% for orders over 100€. The rest of the installments do not have any associated cost.

 

For example, if you choose to pay for an order of 100€ in 3 months, you would pay 33,33€ at the time of purchase (+ setup fee 2,95€) and another 33,33€ the following two months. The monthly charge is automatic on your card. Always the same day of the month you made the purchase. If that day is not the best for you, you can change it at no extra cost. That's how easy and fast it is to divide your payment in 3 with SeQura.
