Shipping and Returns

 

 

1. Shipping

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands**), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands**), Sweden, United Kingdom** and United Kingdom**.

Other countries write to: atencioncliente@almaenpena.es.

Shipping cost: Shipments at Alma en Pena are always free of charge.

Delivery times: Your purchase will arrive at the address provided between 2 and 4 working days after the order has been placed. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded from delivery times. National, regional and local holidays are respected.

      During promotional periods or sales, delivery times may be extended. If your order consists of several items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and you may receive them in different deliveries.

      **The above deadlines will be extended for the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom.

      Who will deliver my package?

      Alma en Pena ships in Spain through CTT Express and SEUR. In the rest of Europe with UPS.


2. Returns

All returns must be in their original packaging. Please try the shoe on a carpeted surface to avoid any marks on the sole. If the returned item is damaged in any way, acceptance of the return or exchange may be refused.

Deadline: If you wish to return an item purchased at Alma en Pena, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

Cost: Returns have a cost of 6€ per item (VAT included) that will be discounted in the refund. The credit will be made effective in the same payment method used in the purchase and within 2-7 working days after we receive your package in our warehouses.

      How can I return an item?

Log in to your accountchoose the option "My orders", and select the order to return. Once inside you will have to mark the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.

You have two different ways of return. Select the one you prefer and wait for your request to be approved.

- Home pick-up: you will receive an e-mail from the transport company confirming your pick-up within 24-48 hours.

- Return through the post office, Correos: once your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with an alphanumeric code that you must show at the post office you wish to go to.

If you have placed your order as a guest, you must write to atencioncliente@almaenpena.es in order to process the return.

      *En las Islas Canarias, Reino Unido y Portugal sólo ofrecemos recogidas a domicilio.

Las clientas pueden depositar la devolución online, evitando así los gastos de envío, en las tiendas propias* de Alma en Pena de Madrid, Sevilla y Marbella. Puedes encontrar los detalles de dirección en la sección tienda de la web. O pinchando aquí.

*No se aceptan devoluciones de pedidos online en ningún centro El Corte Inglés.

       Defective item 

      If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to atencioncliente@almaenpena.es

      In order to offer you the best solution, we need a photo of the delivered item where you can see the defect. For wrong items, please also send us a photo of the item label.

      Whenever possible we will try to offer you a replacement item.


3. Changes

Exchanges are free of charge. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to exchange an item for another size, model or color. Make the new purchase of the item you want and process the return of the one you want to change. For the return to be free of charge, the new purchase must be registered before the return arrives at our warehouse.


4. Cancellations

Alma en Pena reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order, or not to accept a confirmed order under any of the following circumstances:

      - In case of technical error and/or typographical error of a manifest, evident and obstructive nature in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained in the website when the order was placed.

      - Due to lack of product availability.

      - When Alma en Pena has not been able to deliver to the address provided by the customer.


** Orders with destination Canary Islands and United Kingdom

The customer placing an order destined for the Canary Islands or the United Kingdom will assume all fees and taxes associated with the purchase, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. The amount of taxes and customs duties must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. In these shipments will be taken as declared value for customs purposes the amount of the invoice in euros.

Likewise, in case of return, the customer assumes the amount of the corresponding taxes and customs duties, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In this shipment, the declared value for customs purposes shall be the amount of the invoice in euros. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Invoices issued for the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT.
