If your order includes a mix of clothing, shoes, and accessories, the items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive on different dates.

We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands*), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands*), Sweden and Spain (mainland). La entrega de pedidos oscila entre 2-6 días hábiles. Las entregas se realizarán a lo largo del día, sin preferencia horaria. Los sábados, domingos y días festivos no se harán entregas.

Asegúrate de introducir la dirección de envío completa y verificar que los datos sean correctos para evitar posibles incidencias con la empresa de mensajería.

*Para el caso de envíos a las Islas Canarias y Reino Unido, los plazos de entrega pueden aumentar.

INCIDENCIAS EN LA ENTREGA

Las direcciones de envío deben corresponder a ubicaciones físicas a las que puedan acceder las empresas de transporte. No es posible realizar entregas en puntos de recogida ni en apartados u oficinas postales.

En caso de que no haya nadie en el domicilio en el momento de la entrega, la empresa de mensajería efectuará hasta dos intentos. Si tras estos intentos no se pudiera completar la entrega, el pedido será devuelto a nuestro almacén y se procederá al reembolso del pedido.

ORDERS TO CANARY ISLANDS AND UNITED KINGDOM

The customer placing an order destined for the Canary Islands or the United Kingdom will assume all fees and taxes associated with the purchase, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. The amount of taxes and customs duties must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. In these shipments will be taken as declared value for customs purposes the amount of the invoice in euros.

In order to ship orders to the Canary Islands and/or the UK, we need to prepare an invoice required by Customs. We must include your ID or passport number on this invoice. Once you have placed your order, please send us your ID or passport number to the following email address:atencioncliente@almaenpena.es

Likewise, in case of return, the customer assumes the amount of the corresponding taxes and customs duties, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In this shipment, the declared value for customs purposes shall be taken as the invoice amount in euros. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. In addition, if no exchange is made, the customer will be charged 6 euros per returned item.

Invoices issued for the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom are exempt from VAT.
